GP4: 2008 Trackpack Reloaded, 2004 Trackpack Updated & Expanded Downloads Section

Downloads Section

Last time out, I had expanded the downloads section of my blog. Now I've gone totally overboard and there's now over 50GB of GP4 downloads available. There's more mods added to the list, and whilst it's not comprehensive, it's not that far off. There's now a separate page of editors and utilites for editing GP4 yourself. And now there's a massive tracks download section too. For that I've mainly stuck with real tracks. And now there's new graphics, colour coded to help you find your away around. 

Is there anything else you can contribute or would like me to try and find? 

2004 Track pack add on

Earlier this year, I compiled a 2004 trackpack, which you can find more detail about here: https://fongugp4.blogspot.com/2023/02/gp4-2004-track-pack.html. 

I gave you the reasons for the tracks that I chose, however some of you prefer real layouts over correct track graphics. Here are the four corrected tracks that I've included:

Correct Magny Cours layout (2005 version)

Correct Spa Francorchamps layout (2005 version)

I've compiled the four tracks and a separate TSM profile into this package. Just extract it into your GP4 installation. 

2008 Track Pack

As I was going through my archives of the old gp4db.com site, I came across the 2008 trackpack compiled by Schueyfan, although they were released as separate tracks on the old site. 

I also found the Original Release thread, but I didn't have access to the trackpack. 

So I've recompiled it, but this time I've included the missing Singapore track from drt01, Jcaranti and Schueyfan. This trackpack is excellent and more accurate and advanced than the other trackpack by SdG.
