Welcome to another update covering the latest developments in the Grand Prix 4 modding community. This edition arrives a little later than planned, with real-life commitments taking priority, and the extended periods of downtime affecting the main forum also making it more difficult to gather the necessary links and information.
However, the delay has not slowed down the incredible work being carried out by the community. New and updated tools continue to expand what is possible with GP4, visual enhancements are helping the game look better than ever, and new cars and tracks continue to be released and refined. This update highlights some of the latest contributions from the talented authors keeping the game alive.
There has also been significant progress on the 2026 season content. The grid is now complete, with cars, helmets, and tyres available, alongside the release of a 2026 mod. While still a work in progress and awaiting further content from dedicated contributors, it represents another major milestone in bringing a modern season to GP4.
Two recent releases have also been highlighted separately in recent days: a new 2001 track from Hega and a 2002 track update from Naitch7, both of which deserve recognition for their contribution to the community. With that covered, let's take a look at the latest tools, updates, cars, and tracks released by the community.
New Features
I am excited that there are now two options available to fix the flickering issue in the distance. Below are some shots taken by Hega to show the difference it makes.

As always, this would not be possible without the dedication of the many authors who continue to support the modding community with new tools, updates, and content. A special thanks goes to everyone contributing to the 2026 season projects, even those not covered in these posts — your work is equally valued and appreciated.
Until next time, happy racing!
