GP4: 2024 mod V1.7d update

In this update, I have included fixed engine sounds created by jcgrj for the 2024 McLaren MCL38. 

Also included are Jose's new sounds for the 2024 Ferrari SF24.

• Open CSM
• File | Install new carset template | select F1_2024_CMU24_update11_v1.7d.cmu
